Shipping

We currently deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Man. Orders received before 2pm are processed the same working day, orders received after this time are processed on the next working day.

All orders are despatched on a standard tracked carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 1-2 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 2pm Friday and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on Bank Holidays and will not process orders until the following business day. Standard shipping is free for all orders.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, use our contact form here and fill out your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping your items back to us.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the product and process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Returns postage is covered for the first return only on any order, and a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for any additional return shipments using our prepaid label option.

Non-faulty products packaging must be suitable for resale and free from damage, writing, tape, labels etc. Failure to return items and packaging in a resalable condition will affect your refund. To prevent this from occurring please over pack your item to ensure that the packaging is protected

If your goods are defective when you receive them please get in touch with our customer service team at customer.service@north-cape.co.uk and provide some images of the issue(s) so that they can provide a swift resolution.
