Warranty

At NorthCape we pride ourselves in the high quality materials and traditional craftsmanship used to produce our products. 

From the date of purchase, we guarantee all products for 12 months against defects in materials or workmanship. 
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage or where our care guidelines have not been followed are not considered faulty.

Repair attempts undertaken by anyone other than our service centre may invalidate your warranty.

Please note the natural nature of the leathers and rubbers we use may cause minor variations from batch to batch, this does not affect the quality and performance of our footwear; it reflects the nature of the natural materials we use.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event you have a problem with one of our products; please return it back to the stockist where it was purchased, with a proof of purchase. If the item was purchased direct from our online store, please get in touch with our customer service team at customer.service@north-cape.co.uk.
